Create CSV

A CSV of your invoices can be created from all of the pages in the dashboard.

To do so simply click the "Download as CSV" button located above the invoice table on the right. This will open a menu with some options to further clarify which invoices you wish to combine.

The first option will be to use selected invoices or not. This will create a CSV of all of the invoices you have ticked. If you would rather go by date, turn this option off and select the dates you would like below it.

The next option allows you to create a CSV with the accompanying line items of the invoices.

Once you are satisfied with your selection, click the "Prepare CSV" button. Once the CSV is prepared, a download link with appear with your files.

An InvoSync CSV file contains all the data in the invoice table, along with a download link to the invoice file.
